Les articles scientifiques publiés dans les revues du Muséum ont une rémanence (durée de vie) très longue; ils échappent ainsi souvent au facteur d’impact, qui mesure les citations des articles sur une période de deux,ou au mieux cinq ans,au détriment de la discipline toute entière/Examples of the most-cited articles published by each review in the last 20 years (1997-2017). The scientific articles published by the Muséum journals have an extremely long lifespan; for this reason they often escape the impact factor, which measures citations of articles over a two- or, at
